Fábio Salomon

Fábio Salomon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, executive search, and mentoring. As of January 2024, Fábio serves as the Diretor de Recursos Humanos Voluntário at Unibes. Currently, Fábio is a Managing Partner at BRAVA Executive Search, which focuses on high and medium management positions in Legal, Tax, Finance, Human Resources, Compliance, and Government Relations. Fábio also holds the position of Sócio at Aliá Mentoring Jurídico, dedicated to enhancing the performance of legal professionals. Additionally, Fábio serves as a Partner at Horton International and hosts the interview podcast Café Com Sal. As an educator, Fábio has been a professor at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios and previously at FIA Business School. Fábio's background includes significant roles at SALOMON, AZZI and Michael Page.
