Rodrigo Miwa

Rodrigo Miwa is a seasoned executive search professional currently serving as Managing Partner at BRAVA Executive Search, the first firm in Brazil dedicated to mid to high management positions in areas such as Legal, Tax, Finance, Compliance, Government Relations, and Human Resources. In addition, Rodrigo holds the position of Partner at Horton International, a global executive search firm, and serves as an Advisory Board Member at Personal Tax Brasil, which focuses on personalized consulting services. Previous experiences include founding MIWA Recrutamento Executivo and HOUND Specialized Recruitment, as well as holding management roles at Michael Page and Deloitte, where expertise in finance and tax consulting was developed. Educational qualifications include a specialization from Harvard Extension School in Artificial Intelligence in Business and a degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
