Austin Smith

Austin Smith has been working in the real estate industry for over 5 years. Austin started their career at First Washington Realty, Inc. where they worked as an Aquisitions Specialist. In this role, Austin was responsible for creating and maintaining a database of commercial properties across the United States. Austin also worked with a team to manage, sort, and filter properties that met investment criteria. Additionally, Austin developed spreadsheets and utilized industry data to present key information to executives.

In September 2018, Austin began working at Marcus & Millichap as a Mid-Atlantic Investment Sales Associate. In this role, Austin was responsible for analyzing and underwriting properties on a daily basis. Austin also assisted in the sale of properties in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Currently, Austin is a Senior Associate at Horvath & Tremblay. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the investment sales process from start to finish. Additionally, Austin provides support to the Horvath & Tremblay team and helps manage client relationships.
