Nicholas Walls

Nicholas Walls is a highly experienced consultant and volunteer with a diverse background in management, labor relations, and athletics. Since 2015, Nicholas has been self-employed as a consultant while also volunteering at HALO Inc. from 2009 to 2015. Previously, Nicholas held various roles at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, contributing as an Assistant Building Supervisor and Athletic Equipment Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing building operations, coordinating projects, mentoring student workers, and consulting on facility policies. Nicholas's extensive union experience encompasses serving as Shop Steward, President, Vice President, and Treasurer at AFSCME Local 2180, where efforts focused on resolving conflicts, negotiating contracts, and implementing policy changes.
