Nicole Dekay

Nicole DeKay has extensive experience in nursing, currently serving as a Registered Nurse at Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at The McGuire Group Health Care Facilities for one year as a Registered Nurse. Nicole held multiple leadership positions at Brother of Mercy Campus from October 1998 to December 2020, including roles such as Campus Employee Health & Wellness Nurse, Director of Nursing Services at Brothers of Mercy Nursing & Rehab Center, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Nurse Manager. Nicole briefly served as the Director of Nursing at Elderwood at Lockport in early 2021. Nicole earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Registered Nursing from Trocaire College between 1991 and 1994.
