Yvonne Emmett Cannell

Yvonne has wide experience of senior leadership at Executive and Board level in the NHS, Local Government and Charities.

Yvonne is an accountant by profession and, prior to retirement, spent her senior career as a Finance Director in a large NHS trust and as the Strategic Director for Warrington Council. She brings particular skills in the field of financial management and has wide-ranging experience of developing business cases and leading on large scale capital developments.

Originally from Ellesmere Port, Yvonne is married and lives in Frodsham. She enjoys modern art, travelling and is a keen gardener.
