Nicholas Frost

Nicholas Frost is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Group Treasurer and Director of Investor Relations at Morgan Advanced Materials, a global engineering company and FTSE 250 constituent, since February 2022. In addition, Nicholas is a Trustee and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Hospiscare since June 2023. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Group Treasurer at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, a UK-based multinational and FTSE 100 company, from May 2018 to February 2022. Nicholas's earlier roles include Senior Finance Manager, Treasury Finance Manager, and Finance Manager at Nationwide Building Society from January 2014 to May 2018, and Commercial Accountant at AXA Wealth. Starting a career as CFO and Finance Officer at QuantMetrics, Nicholas also gained experience as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte. Academically, Nicholas holds an MA (Cantab) in Law from the University of Cambridge, an ACA in Accounting from Kaplan Financial Training, and a WSET Level 1 certification in Wine.
