María José Concha

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Owner/Manager at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a University Professor, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
