Ali Ahlam Nawaz

Ali Ahlam Nawaz serves as the General Manager and Country Head at Hotpack Global, overseeing biodegradable and flexible packaging manufacturing in Malaysia and Southeast Asia since January 2022. With a proven track record in market development and strategic planning, Ali successfully established business operations in Malaysia and has been instrumental in launching a factory in Qatar during the FIFA event. With experience as a Senior Visiting Faculty at SLIDA and previous roles including Group General Manager at Macksons and CEO at Laksala Sri Lanka, Ali has demonstrated expertise in marketing, operations, and business development throughout a diverse career spanning multiple sectors. Ali holds an MBA from Buckinghamshire New University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.
