Aoife Dempsey

Aoife Dempsey is an experienced executive with a robust background in educational publishing and digital product management. Currently, Dempsey holds the position of Senior Vice President at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since January 2019, while also serving as CEO of Waggle Practice and General Manager of Waggle Practice Triumph Learning since March 2017. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Triumph Learning, VP of Digital Product Management and VP Digital for McGraw Hill Higher Education, and VP of Program Management at Wolters Kluwer Medical Research. Dempsey began a career in analysis as a Business Analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman and has held various leadership positions in product development and project management since 1998. Dempsey holds a BA in History and English Literature from University College Cork and a degree in Business Studies from University College Dublin.
