Anita Bucanac

Anita Bucanac serves as a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey within the Financial and Valuation Advisory Team, specializing in the valuation of illiquid assets, portfolio acquisition and divestiture services, fund opinions, and secondary transactions since February 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Associate at Duff & Phelps, where Anita focused on the valuation of complex illiquid assets from December 2015 to December 2017, as well as Audit & Assurance for Infrastructure and Real Estate at Deloitte UK from September 2012 to December 2015. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics, a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Zagreb (summa cum laude), and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb (magna cum laude), alongside additional studies at Harvard University.
