Geneviève Mercier

Geneviève Mercier, MSc, CRHA, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant in Members Services at the House of Commons of Canada since November 2018, Geneviève provides strategic advice and recommendations on the evolution of HR frameworks while fostering partnerships with Members of Parliament and their offices. Previous roles include Senior Advisor in Employee Relations at CATSA/ACSTA, and various HR positions at Hôpital Montfort and Hôpital de Trois-Rivières, among others. Geneviève holds a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations from Université du Québec en Outaouais.
