Andrew Constable

Andrew Constable, Chartered FCIPD, has extensive experience in talent development and organizational growth, having held various leadership roles in notable companies. As the (Interim) Head of Talent Development at Houseful, Andrew is currently focused on enhancing talent strategies. Previously, Andrew served as Vice President for Global Learning & Development and Global People & Organizational Development at Brown-Forman, along with leadership roles in People Development across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Andrew's career includes positions as Global Head of Talent & Leadership at Travelex and various roles within Kellogg Company, including Global OE Manager and HR Business Partner for Northern Europe. Academically, Andrew holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth and a PgDip in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford.
