Erin Harmon

Erin Harmon is an experienced professional in the field of data and analytics, currently serving as the Data and Analytics Manager at Housing Forward since August 2020, where previous roles also included Data Support Specialist and Assistant to the Chief Program Officer. Prior to this, Erin worked at All Chicago Making Homelessness History for a month as an Assistant to the Senior Program Manager. Erin's career includes a substantial tenure at Kmart from August 2014 to March 2020 as a Sales Floor Manager. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2015 and 2019.
