Shylah Dunn

Shylah Dunn is an experienced program manager with a strong background in instructional design, compliance, and training. Currently serving as a Department Program Manager at Houston ISD since 2019, Shylah leads a team of trainers, focusing on mentorship and data-driven program enhancements. Prior to this role, Shylah was an Assistant Supervisor for Compliance and Training at the Houston Housing Authority, where significant improvements in stakeholder collaboration, training completion rates, and tenant satisfaction were achieved. Shylah's earlier experience as a Junior Clinic Administrator at California State University, Fresno, involved enforcing compliance, conducting program audits, and enhancing healthcare education programs. Shylah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Science from California State University, Fresno.
