Jana Boyles

Jana Boyles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the healthcare and retail sectors. As the Manager of Executive Search at IPL Health Staffing since December 2022, Jana has successfully launched a new Healthcare Division, enhancing brand image and managing client relationships through the full placement life-cycle. Previously, Jana served as Director of Business Development at The Medicus Firm, where partnerships with healthcare C-suites were facilitated, and deals were closed through effective lead sourcing and presentations. Additional roles include Director of Marketing and Business Development at Spa Habitat and COO and Co-Founder of Brooklyn + West, where brand conceptualization and expansion strategies were implemented. Jana holds a BA in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University and has pursued further education in Fashion Business and Image Consulting at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
