Jozanne Douglas

Jozanne Douglas, M.S., GCDF, has extensive experience in both academic and career services, currently serving as the Research Project Manager and Associate Director of Academic and Career Advising at Howard University since May 2011, where Jozanne also held the positions of Director of Career Services and Career Specialist. Previous roles include Human Resource Generalist at SBCS and HR/Communications Assistant at Unilever, along with experience as a Destination Information Coordinator at the Tourism Development Company. Jozanne holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and Performance Management from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
