Elizabeth Scallon

Elizabeth Scallon is an accomplished professional with expertise in incubation, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Incubation at HP, Elizabeth co-founded and chairs the board of Find Ventures. As an Affiliate Instructor at the University of Washington, Elizabeth contributes to academic growth while also establishing a robust startup and innovation ecosystem as an advisor and speaker. Elizabeth previously held a position at Amazon within the Grand Challenge - Innovation BD, including roles in Alexa Startups & Fund focused on go-to-market strategies and operations. Elizabeth's educational background includes a Global Executive MBA in Global Operations from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and training from Harvard Business School.
