He Wanqing

Dr. He Wanqing serves as the director of Alibaba Cloud High Performance Computing and a senior technical expert. Dr. He has graduated from the Shanghai Jiaotong University as Ph.D in thermal physics. He has worked in IT research and development in State Power Corporation, Motorola, Intel, Huawei and other companies before Alibaba. Since joining Intel in 2004, he has focused on high performance computing application performance optimization, heterogeneous computing on Intel MIC architecture and Lustre Parallel file system. As in the core development team of Tianhe 2, he supported the integration of Xeon Phi many-core accelerators, and has supported a large number of HPC applications in Asia Pacific and China for more than ten years. Over the years, Dr. He and the academic community have cooperated closely to promote the popularization of science and technology in the industry. He has served as the vice chairman of the CCF YOCSEF, the board member of CCF committee and CCF HPCTC. He actively supports youth innovation, serving as ISEF judge for years. He is enthusiastic in public welfare, won the CCF's best speaker of the year for four times, in his spare time, he keeps writing the public blog "four-dimensional debris" to broadcast scientific rationality.
