Shannon Frank

Shannon Frank serves as Vice President of Global Accounts at HPN Global since February 2016 and is also the President and Founder of Elevating the Event Experience, where customized meeting and event management services are provided. Prior to these roles, Shannon held the position of Director of Account Development in Worldwide Sales at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from April 1999 to February 2016 and gained experience in guest services through the Walt Disney World College Program in early 1990. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography, Travel & Tourism from Ball State University, completed in 1992, and also obtained a "Duck"torate Degree in Resort Studies and Disney Guest Services during the Walt Disney World College Program.
