Steven Labold

Steven LaBold is an experienced executive in the investment and real estate sectors, currently serving as Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners, LLC since August 2024. Prior roles include Senior Director at Guardian Life from November 2021 to August 2024, Manager of Underwriting at The Hampshire Companies, and Vice President positions at Diversified Realty Advisors and JMF Properties. Steven LaBold has also held senior roles in acquisitions and capital markets at Federal Realty Investment Trust and Newmark Knight Frank, respectively. Prior to these positions, Vice President roles were held at Monday Properties and Prudential Real Estate Investors.
