Beth Elletson

Beth Elletson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, human resources, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Business Development at Macdonald's Flooring, Beth is focused on strategic planning and team development for the family-owned business. As the Founder and CEO of Abe, Beth emphasizes smarter hiring and enhanced workplace satisfaction. Previous roles include Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Encompass, Chief People Officer for the Miami Marlins, and Director of Human Resources at Hayes Locums, where Beth excelled in talent acquisition and employee engagement. A recipient of several awards while at Enterprise Holdings, Beth has demonstrated leadership in retention, diversity, and employee development.
