Nenad Markovljev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and management roles. Currently serving as a Team Leader and Premium Technical Support Specialist at Hrvatski Telekom since April 2019, Nenad plays a crucial role in the Premium Experience Team, tackling complex queries from Premium users and facilitating communication across departments.
