Simon Black

Simon Black is an experienced professional in cost management and project control, currently serving as the Head of Cost Management at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd since February 2018, with prior roles including Senior Cost Manager and Senior Project Control Manager. Before joining HS2, Simon Black worked at AECOM from January 2002 to February 2018, held various positions including Associate and Quantity Surveyor. Simon Black's earlier experience includes a role as Contracts Administrator at NMPP, where responsibilities involved the Contracts Administration of the Pump Stations Project. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Quantity Surveying obtained from the University of the Free State from 2003 to 2009.
