Connie Ristic

Connie Ristic is an experienced professional in talent development and culture transformation, currently serving as Director Talent Development at HSBC Innovation Banking since January 2022. Prior to this role, Connie worked as Engagement Lead for Culture Transformation at Walking the Talk from January 2018 to January 2022, and as Head of Talent EMEA at Nomura from September 2011 to December 2017, where responsibilities included the execution of talent development strategies, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Connie held the position of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from March 2002 to September 2011, focusing on leadership development and employee engagement research. The career began as Senior Consultant at Smythe Dorward Lambert between September 1998 and February 2002, specializing in bespoke diversity and leadership programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in addition to a background in social work from prestigious Canadian institutions.
