Robert Crawford

Robert Crawford is a seasoned Service Designer currently with HSBC Innovation Banking since January 2024. Previously, Robert held the position of Principal Consultant at Infosys Consulting from September 2021 to February 2024, and served as Service Design Lead at Fjord between January 2017 and September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Manager, Experience Design and Senior Experience Designer at SapientNitro from September 2014 to January 2017, and Senior Design Consultant at we are experience from November 2008 to August 2014. Robert holds a BSc in Interactive Media Design from the University of Dundee, completed in 2008.
