Tracy Plumer

Tracy Plumer currently serves as an Executive Assistant for Investor Coverage & Business Development at HSBC Innovation Banking since April 2024. Previously, Tracy was with SVB Capital from February 2018 to February 2024, first as a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Credit Platform and then as an Assistant to the Founder and Managing Partner. Prior roles include serving as an Executive Assistant at Silver Lake from January 2012 to January 2018, at Charles River Ventures from June 2002 to January 2012, and at Institutional Venture Partners (IVP) from April 1999 to June 2002. Tracy holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Nebraska College of Business.
