Lucia Zaris

Lucia Zaris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and client relationships within HSBC Bank plc, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director at the Zurich Branch since October 2007. In this role, Lucia established a center of excellence in operations management, led process improvements, and oversaw all operational matters, including the successful setup of the Geneva Branch and Global Banking business in Switzerland.
