Nicole Martins

Nicole Martins has extensive experience in project consultancy and management, currently serving as a Consultora de projetos educacionais and previously as an Analista de projetos sênior at HSM since March 2020. Prior to this role, Nicole was an Analista de projetos sênior at Nexialistas Consultores from June 2018 to February 2020 and worked as an Instrutor de Treinamento at Bradesco's Universidade Corporativa from October 2011 to May 2016, where responsibilities included developing and delivering technical and behavioral training for Contact Center analysts and leaders. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, completed in 2011.
