Jaap Menting

Jaap Menting is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner at HSO since December 2024. In addition, Jaap is the owner of SturenOpData, providing dashboards for real-time insights into marketing campaigns, product performance, and customer behavior. Since January 2017, Jaap has also operated as the owner of IT-Mediair, specializing in recruitment consulting for developers. Previous roles include corporate recruiter and recruitment business partner at Alliander, recruitment consultant at GAC Business Solutions, and various interim recruitment positions across companies such as Capgemini, Sunweb Group, and Broad Horizon. Jaap holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hanze University, obtained between 2006 and 2010, and completed VWO at Reitdiep College from 1999 to 2005.
