Marx Tidon

Marx Tidon is an experienced leader in managed services and customer support, currently serving as the Director of Managed Services at Velrada since July 2021. Prior to this role, Marx held the position of Manager Customer Support for ANZ at DXC Technology from July 2018. At Sable37, from June 2011 to July 2018, Marx excelled as the Global Support Manager, leading a global team and establishing comprehensive support processes for clients across ANZ, EMEA, and the USA. Additionally, Marx worked as a Support Manager and AX Consultant at Homebuilder ONE during the same period. Marx's educational background includes a degree in Computer Science from Colegio de San Juan de Letran, completed in 2001.
