Larry Kapalin

Larry Kapalin has extensive experience in sales and business development within the industrial sector. Currently part of HTS Innovative Heating Solutions since May 2020, Larry focuses on the sales division. At Chromalox, since December 2009, Larry serves as Director of Heat Trace, with P&L responsibility for heat trace sales and EPC opportunities across North America, while leading strategic client engagements in the industrial segment. Previously, Larry held the position of Midwest Sales Manager at Tyco Thermal Controls from February 2002 to December 2010, where responsibilities included expanding product and service business across a five-state region. Earlier in Larry's career, work as Area Sales Manager at Foxboro Invensys from January 1998 to January 2002 concentrated on instrument and distributive control sales in the south Georgia and north Florida area, employing a consultative selling approach with key industrial customers. Larry holds an Associate's Degree in Marketing and Business Development from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
