Ryan McCausland

Ryan Mccausland currently serves as Project Delivery General Manager at HTS Innovative Heating Solutions since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Project Executive at Classic Industrial Services from October 2023 to May 2024, and was Branch Leader at Grunau Company from April 2015 to October 2023, overseeing HVAC, Industrial, Plumbing, and Underground divisions while leading the Milwaukee Mechanical Branch. Additionally, Ryan held the position of Operations Manager, directing pre-construction services groups including estimating, engineering, BIM, and fabrication. Previously, Ryan was a Program Manager at SAIC from July 2007 to September 2014, managing the Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness Program and leading a 150+ person organization across 20 Army Installations. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
