Ariane Thomas

Ariane Thomas is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience at L'Oréal, currently serving as the Global Tech Director of Sustainability. Thomas has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Strategic Development Operations, Head of Environment Health and Safety, and Purchasing Director. In addition to a robust career at L'Oréal, Thomas is a board member for Positive AI and Hub France IA, contributing to responsible AI initiatives and the growth of the AI ecosystem. Previously, Thomas participated in the European Commission's "Industry 2030" EU Roundtable and served on the board of Ecofolio. Educational background includes an Executive Master in Public Policy from Sciences Po and a DESS in Industrial Management, along with a Master's in Immunology and Genetics from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
