Darren Ladaga has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Document Management at Philippine Airlines since October 2016. In this role, Darren reviews and approves policies, standardizes manuals, monitors the OEM published MMEL, and coordinates regulatory compliance. Previously, Darren was a Flight Technical Engineer at PAL Express from December 2011 to October 2016, where responsibilities included training Load Controllers, preparing operational requirements for flights, and managing revisions of Aircraft Operations Manuals. Darren also held the position of Quality Assurance Engineer, ensuring departmental compliance with aviation regulations. Prior to this, Darren worked as an Instructor at Philippine State College of Aeronautics and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the same institution.
