Matthew Waggoner

Matthew Waggoner is an experienced professional in the fields of safety management and customer service, currently serving as Safety Manager and Safety Engineer at Hubbard Construction Company since August 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Nachi America Inc. from November 2015 to June 2021, including Customer Service Specialist and Safety Coordinator for the Nachi Tool Division. Matthew's career also includes roles in safety and transport with Brink’s Inc. and GardaWorld, alongside military service as a Supply Specialist in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Navy Reserve. Matthew is pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University, building on previous educational achievements that include an Associate's degree in Public Service and Management.
