Anna Fontana

Anna Fontana, PhD, is currently serving as Product Manager Europe at Huber AgroSolutions since July 2023. With a longstanding tenure at BIOLCHIM S.p.A. since September 2013, Anna has held various roles including Product Manager, Group Product Manager Assistant, Sales Support and Marketing, and Research & Development and Marketing. Additionally, Anna has been a Co-chair of PT Phosphites at the European Biostimulants Industry Council since October 2020, previously serving as Vice Chair of the Inorganic Substances Task Force from September 2018 to 2020. Anna's academic background includes a PhD from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität, Jena, with a thesis on plant defense mechanisms, as well as an M.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano and further studies at the University of Aberdeen.
