Diego Alamir is a Customer Experience Manager at Skybound Entertainment since March 2023, contributing to a multiplatform content company known for notable properties such as The Walking Dead. With extensive experience in customer support and management roles across various companies, including NFT Genius and Dapper Labs, Diego has developed expertise in both technical support and customer onboarding within innovative industries. Previous positions include team management at Trendy Butler and Greenhouse Software, as well as client services management at Verizon Media. Diego is also an active member of the Support Driven community since 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Francisco State University and an Associate’s degree in Sociology from Berkeley City College.
