Grainne O'Sullivan has extensive experience in customer experience management and program development, currently serving as Manager, CXM at HubSpot since August 2015. O'Sullivan previously held roles including Senior Program Manager and Program Manager for Voice of the Customer, showcasing expertise in localization and customer insights within the leading inbound marketing and sales software company. Prior to HubSpot, O'Sullivan worked at Kantar Worldpanel as Client Manager, delivering market research solutions informed by consumer insights, and at Spire Consulting as an Analyst, focusing on efficiency in marketing supply chains. Additional roles include Marketing Advisor and Marketing Project Coordinator, along with an internship at A&L Goodbody. O'Sullivan holds an M.Sc. in Marketing Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Business and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
