Michelle Vardy

Michelle Vardy is an experienced retail leader in the beauty industry, currently serving as the Commercial Director Retail UK at Huda Beauty since June 2017. In this role, Michelle defines and delivers retail sales strategies for UK department stores while maintaining crucial relationships with key retailers. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of National Account Manager, strategically opening new retail environments aligned with the brand's vision. Michelle's career also includes serving as the National Sales Manager at Aspiration Solutions, where the focus was on luxury retailing strategies in the UK and international markets. Additionally, from June 1996 to February 2015, Michelle worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., progressing through various roles, culminating as the Flagship Sales & Education Executive, responsible for team management and strategy implementation.
