Mark D. Linehan

Mark D. Linehan has served as a member of Board since IPO. Linehan has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wynmark Company since he founded the company in 1993. Wynmark Company is a private real estate investment and development company with interests in properties in California, Nevada and Montana.

Prior to founding Wynmark Company, Linehan was a Senior Vice President with the Trammell Crow Company in Los Angeles, California. Before that, he was with Kenneth Leventhal & Co. (now Ernst & Young LLP), a Los Angeles-based public accounting firm.

He currently serves on the board of Cannae Holdings, Inc. and Austerlitz Acquisition Corp 1, and 2. Linehan previously served on the board of Condor Hospitality Trust, a publicly traded REIT. Linehan is actively involved with the community through his service as Chairman of Direct Relief and on the board of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, as well his previous board membership with the UC Santa Barbara Foundation and the Camino Real Park Foundation.

Linehan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.
