Lauren Daisley

Lauren Daisley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauren most recently worked as the Director of Communications and Marketing at Riverkeeper starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at SecurityScorecard as a Senior Manager in Marketing Communications, Communications Manager, and Senior Copywriter. Lauren also served as the Director of Communications at Boscobel House and Gardens from April 2017 to February 2022. Lauren has experience in media and broadcasting, having worked as a Voiceover artist at Sirius XM Radio Inc. and as an Announcer for the Public Broadcasting Service. Lauren has also owned and operated their own company, Chroma Media Training, where they provided media training and coaching to clients. Lauren's earlier experience includes roles as a Contributing Writer for TheMorningNews.org and various contributor positions for outlets such as CBS Sunday Morning, Newsday, Salon, and Parents. Lauren further gained experience in public relations as a Senior Publicist at Finn Partners, leading high-level publicity campaigns for prominent clients. Additionally, Lauren worked as a Communications Specialist at Benjamin Moore & Co., where they contributed to company-wide communication initiatives.

Lauren Daisley attended the Evolve Security Academy from 2021 to 2022, where they completed a Cybersecurity Bootcamp.

Prior to that, they studied at New York University from 1997 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree with a major in Drama and Liberal Arts.

Before transferring to New York University, Lauren Daisley attended the University of Connecticut from 1995 to 1996. Lauren pursued a Liberal Arts and Music (Honors Program) field of study during their time there.

In addition to their formal education, Lauren Daisley has obtained various certifications. These include the "Introduction to Agile Marketing - Certificate of Completion" from AgileSherpas, which they obtained in July 2022. Lauren also received the "Authorized Sales Representative for SecurityScorecard" certification from SecurityScorecard in May 2022.

Furthermore, they hold the "CompTIA Security+ ce Certification" from CompTIA, earned in April 2022. Lauren Daisley also completed the "Evolve Security Academy Bootcamp Certificate of Completion" in March 2022 and became an "Evolve Security Certified Professional" during the same month.

In February 2022, Lauren Daisley obtained the "Third Party Risk Management" certification from SecurityScorecard. Additionally, they completed the "Learn the Command Line Course" offered by Codecademy in April 2021.
