MacKenzie Russell

Mackenzie Russell is currently the Head of Product at Hudson Technology Systems, having started in September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing product management inquiries and ensuring a streamlined approach to operations. Previously, Mackenzie served as the Director of Payments & Operations Support at National Debt Relief, LLC from November 2016 to September 2021, leading a team of over 190 and managing the transmission of client funds through various payment methods. In earlier roles, experience included building an analytics team, utilizing reporting tools for actionable insights, and developing quality assurance systems in operational processes. Mackenzie also contributed to political campaign efforts as a Call Time Manager for Lisa Blunt Rochester for Congress in 2016. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from New York University, earned in 2016.
