Jan Neuenschwander

Jan Neuenschwander currently serves as a Senior Consultant at HudsonGoodman, starting in February 2023, focusing on IT transformation, collaboration, and process innovation in a digital context. Prior to this, Jan co-founded and held the position of COO at Blumenpost, Switzerland's first sustainable online flower shop, achieving significant annual growth since its inception. Previous experience includes a short tenure as an Assistant to the CSO at Datatrans AG, where Jan supported market research and analysis for senior executives, and a trainee role at Siemens, where contributions included process innovation and training development for a global team of service technicians. Jan's early career involved research and development of management tools at Sentec while completing a Bachelor’s degree at the University of St. Gallen. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.
