Jessica Sansom is the Sustainability Director at Huel since March 2021, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a sustainable nutrition strategy and a community programme aimed at promoting health and sustainability while influencing food system policies. Prior to Huel, Jessica was self-employed in sustainability strategy since January 2019 and served as Head of Sustainability at innocent drinks from February 2007 to November 2017. Jessica's earlier roles include Sustainable Supply Manager - Europe, Global CSR Manager, and Environment Manager UK at McDonald's Corporation, and Senior Consultant at the Institute for Sustainable Futures. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Environmental Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Law from The Australian National University.
