Cara Leahy

Cara Leahy is an experienced recruiting professional with a diverse background in recruitment and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Remote (RPO) Recruiter at Hueman RPO since May 2022, Cara has coordinated phone screens and interviews while leading large-scale hiring events and training new team members. Previous experience includes roles as a Professional Recruiter at Motivate LLC and a Recruiter at OmniCable, where Cara was responsible for sourcing and hiring across various operational levels. Before transitioning into recruitment, Cara had a decade-long career at Universal Studios Hollywood, providing VIP tour experiences and managing guest safety, as well as earlier roles in customer service and administrative support. Cara holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Abilene Christian University.
