The Leadership Team at HOBY Youth Leadership is responsible for steering the organization towards its mission of empowering young leaders. Comprising roles such as the Chief Of Recruitment & Promotion, Chief Of Program Development & Training, and Chief Of Finance & Administration, along with presidents from strategic and community-focused organizations, this team orchestrates the strategic planning, program development, and operational execution of HOBY's seminars. They ensure that initiatives align with the vision of fostering awareness, confidence, and purpose among students, thereby amplifying HOBY's impact on future leaders.
