Raphael Steinhart is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Hospitality at HUGO BOSS since July 2023, Raphael's career includes significant roles such as Assistant F&B Manager at Sonnenalp Resort and Director of Operations at Rocco Forte Hotels. Previous positions include Operations Manager at Roomers Munich, alongside various managerial roles at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München and Hotel Louis C. Jacob. Raphael began in the hospitality industry as a trainee at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, following a culinary education at Sonnenalp Resort.
