Sarah Devereaux

Sarah Devereaux is a seasoned leadership coach, workshop facilitator, and strategic advisor with over a decade of experience in professional development and management roles. Currently a partner at White Pine Leadership Collective and leadership coach at Third Coast Coaching LLC, Sarah specializes in fostering resilience, self-awareness, and trust among senior executives and emerging leaders. Previous roles include senior strategy lead at Google, where significant contributions were made to performance management and executive development, and head of customer success at Murmur, where business strategy was architected. Sarah also serves as adjunct faculty for the Human Capital Institute and co-founded Canna Hill Farm, a sustainable farming initiative. Sarah earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Michigan.
