Benjamin Costello

Benjamin Costello currently serves as the Director of Slate Services at Human Capital Research Corporation since August 2023. Prior to this role, Benjamin held various positions at Ithaca College from November 1997 to August 2023, culminating in the role of Executive Director of Constituent Engagement Strategy. In this capacity, Benjamin focused on enhancing the constituent experience through strategic leadership, leveraging analytics, and integrating new technologies. Additional roles at Ithaca College included Executive Director of Advancement Services and Analytics and Director of Advancement Services, where Benjamin emphasized the innovative use of technologies to support Institutional Advancement's strategic initiatives. Benjamin began a freelance career as a Web Designer/Developer from 1997 to 2013. Educationally, Benjamin holds a B.S. in Direction for the Musical Stage from Ithaca College, earned between 1993 and 1997.
